As far as fitting the bill, the definitions of terms used in diagnostic criteria are not necessarily the same as one in common usage.

I'd say it's easy, even if you don't lie. A lot of people fit the bill. The ones used for diagnostic criteria are still easy to fit into, but that's assuming the one diagnosing actually goes by criteria and doesn't just smack a label on your forehead.
