As to the cash injected into africa by your church - the secular world shits on that contribution with plenty left over to spare (to shit on the contributions of all the other churches that might lay an even greater claim than your own).
Can you really be that dense, God works through His church, what the church does in helping in Africa is a direct action of God through His church. We do not use your tax dollars to help those across the world, other charities receive money from the government.
"God working through his church," is a main contributing factor to the persecution of gays in many African countries. In Uganda, for instance, if convicted of being homosexual, a person can be executed. The rise of evangelical missionary groups is directly responsible for this. So, please, do go on about how much good missionary groups do for Africans.
