Not that I know why we're drawing particular concern over the specifically sexual exploitation... there's a whole sea of exploitability for all people, regardless of age, gender, sex, or even species. Cool, isn't it?

It cannot be legally consensual if she's not applicable for the giving of legal consent... it certainly can be consensual if she's not applicable for the giving of legal consent. Consenting and law are not one and the same... but you know that.
