Believe or burn is not freedom.

The freedom we are given is not to be used to serve ourselves, but to love God with all of our being. With out this love for God you may still call yourself a Christian, but Christ will not know who you are as in mat 7:http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matthew+7%3A21-23&version=NIV
So if the Church starts to condone casual sex with your choice of partner, recreational drugs, rock music and porn you will get all those things in heaven?
Can't help feeling you are missing a trick here - do the above and sign me up.
On a side note.
If your looking for a church like you describe some of the large motorcycle clubs have chaplains.

Just so long as you're not gay, or a woman, or any one of many other things christianity doesn't like. Then christianity is actually just a set of strictures based on the wants of a being that has no evidentiary support...
If a gay person or anyone else can not find complete freedom in Christianity then they have not read their own bibles. We are free from the law as our only means or way to righteousness, and we are free to worship God to our fullest potential. The only thing we can't do is live for self.

He forgot "WAR IS PEACE" and "IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH".
It is the freedom offered by the rapist: you are free to to either struggle or submit to what he wants. If you choose the latter, he'll show mercy on you. If you choose the former, they'll find your tits in the fishbowl.
Maybe tits in the fireplace would be more accurate... Unless you find and accept atonement, then your 'tits' can be found in heaven.
