For me, there would have to be demonstrable evidence, reasoned argument, and valid/sound logic to support the existence of a god.
My atheism is purely a provisional position. I will continue to disbelieve as long as the above criteria is not met.
What would it take for you to believe that one of the other many gods that you don't believe exists, is real?
You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.
