God=BS is in business and that means paying someone to perform a task at a mandated rate of pay. He wants value for his dollar just as the employee wants value for his dollar. I see no discrepancy here on the bigotry of those who think that they have a right to utilise company time for their own lifestyle choices.
I went for a job once and was asked IF I was on Facebook. I answered yes I was and I didn't get the job....

Did you hear about that guy who was "employed" in a software company, he "outsourced" his work to some guy in Hong Kong (and paying the Hong Kong "employee" a pittance) was caught out playing online games and Face-booking all-day on company time?
