Is it discrimination to ask for one's religion?

Some of you are so quick to judge and then are offended that I fired the guy for almost costing me a big account and was an extremist. Not for praying on my dime, which is another issue, but he was always preaching about how Jews should all die and Islam was the ultimate religion and all these crap you hear and see everyday.

I think it's very suspicious that you start out saying you fired the guy for praying and then after receiving backlash you've tried to make yourself sound better by saying he was advocating killing Jews and such.

Well, you're a regular fucking Martin Luther King. You do realize that bigotry goes beyond racial issues, don't you?

Then don't. What that has to do with discrimination based on people's religious beliefs is beyond me.

Epic fail. The separation of church and state says that religious beliefs cannot be officially implemented into government policy. Nowhere does that imply that people that hold religious beliefs cannot work for the government, nor does it say that religious beliefs can be taken into consideration when deciding if someone gets a government position.

Translation: I'm a whiny pussy that can't handle having my prejudice challenged.

Well, we informed you that you are a bigot, or are you saying that you already knew that?

Or perhaps the sooner we realize that religious beliefs don't necessarily have to be the dividing factor we have allowed it to be, the better we will all be.
