Is it discrimination to ask for one's religion?

What does this have to do with God=BS' hiring tactics? How is this comparable to the obvious discrimination used by God=BS when hiring?

If God=BS was racist and decided not to hire a developer because they were black, should we let it slide too? Humans discriminate! It's natural. I wish it wouldn't happen, but hey, watcha gonna do, right?

It's the same principle. Not hiring someone because they are religious or not hiring someone because they would prefer not to disclose their religion is immature and discriminatory. He uses the example of the Muslim that he hired that was bordering extremeism as an excuse not to hire any religious people. That's a pretty shitty excuse. Because this one nutjob did all of this, you're blocking the door from anyone who follows a religion, including a mild-mannered Christian?

Hell, the people who REFUSED to give their religion should be the ones getting the job! If God=BS is all up in arms about religious nutjobs telling everyone how theirs is true and praying during business meetings, then you want the guy who would never talk about his religion! That's exactly the type of person you'd want to hire! Not hiring anybody except atheists is ridiculous.

This post probably depicts me as very angry about this, but I swear I'm not. lol.
