That is not what I am tallking about. I am talking about plant tissue culturing. You can take a single exsting non-gamete plant cell and grow an entirely new plant from it.

Basically you create a clone of the plant except you are not introducing new DNA into a host egg, you are simply propogating the existing cell into a colony which will form the new plant.
