Braveheart? Wtf? Mel Gibson's acting is almost unbearable in that. Such a cringe worthy film. Your other ones are decent choices... well, maybe not Inception. Not great... really not as clever as people made out. Still entertaining though.
Well... some are worth it just for the soundtrack... That's one case where that happens...
Others, no matter how good the soundtrack is, are hopeless... like Alexander, by Vangelis... a movie about Alexander the Great, with an appropriately epic and awesome soundtrack... over a year after I listen to the OST, I see the movie... what a disappointment!
Speaking of soundtracks, There's one that popped into my listening viewrange: Moon, from 2009.
Once more, after knowing the OST, I watched the movie... this one did not disappoint!
