You sir are flat out lying my next response to you was to get over it, I've been treated the same way by atheist when mentioning family members and I was told if you bring your family into the picture their fair game. Just because you and others agree with him doesn't make him right, and because few agree with me doesn't make me wrong, that's what I know about that. Very few agreed with Christ when He walked the earth, now billions have and do.

I'm not talking about wrong and right. I'm talking about your opinion. SW had it right; you're on an Atheist forum, so if you come on here touting your opinion around, chances are we won't take a second glance at it. Also, if you practice smug, self-righteousness, that kinda hurts our opinion of your character too.

Also, by your logic, (the little bit where you say opinion doesn't make something right or wrong) the fact that so many agree that Christ walked the earth doesn't make it right, simply because it's just an opinion. For once, GC, I agree with you.

It counts because regardless if you intended to come off that way or not, that's the way you're being perceived. I would definitely want to know if I were acting like a jerk here on these forums. At least I'm not here belittling other people's relationships with their spouses.

Christ was perceived as a criminal and an undesirable person by most who met Him, He most certainly did not intend to be known like that, and He is the Savior, not that I'm anyone important. You would belittle others relationships if they brought their family members onto the forum, but after it's happened to you as it has my family you learn not to mention them. I did not say anything wrong towards your wife, it was directed toward you and how you treat her for her belief. I have all the respect in the world for a woman that will stand up to an atheist, doesn't matter if they are married or not.

How do you know he's the Savior? Were you able to observe your sins as he absorbed them from your body into his own?

Name one instance where DT has belittled another person's family member. How can you say that he would do so? You assume everything in life, don't you? You assume DT will belittle another person's spouse, you assume that prayer works, you assume zombie Christ ate your sins, and you assume all Atheists are idiots because we don't have the same special knowledge that you do in order to know this stuff.

I have respect for anyone who stands up to an atheist. I have the same respect for someone who will stand up to a Buddhist, or a Zoroastrian, or even a Christian. It's when we bring our thoughts to the table and share and intermix ideas that real progress is made in society. That's what I respect.

On the other hand, doing this is akin to having a piece of sound-proof glass between two individuals: both parties are talking, but neither can hear the other.
