Because the Bible is about the spiritual, doesn't it make sense the death would be spiritual. Oh, I forgot you are here to make mocker and lean nothing excuse me for trying to shoe you what God meant. Carry on with your mockery, we await your wisdom.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
