I'm assuming that the "Authority" quoted is the Bible.

I've encountered this one before.

"God is real because the Bible says so,

So where does the Bible get it's authority from?

Why, the Bible, of course.."

And yes, God does share basic similarities with imaginary numbers.

Being imaginary, for starters.
