Seeing as Satan is supernatural as well, and not a complete idiot, he would know that he has already lost and would already know the fate that supposedly awaits him, So why make it worse for others? What's his motive?
He does know his fate just as the Germans did in WWII yet it did not stop them from the atrocities they continued with. Evil is blind to compassion of any kind, Satan cares nothing for humanity except to use it to hurt God, this is his motive.

You're right it want help him in the end, it's not the end he really cares about, the end is a certainty for him, it's the hurt he brings to God over those who wind up in hell with him. I can't tell you what God has for Satan in hell and neither does he, but it will certainly be worse than anyone else will suffer.

Your idea of Satan in hell is wrong, Satan will not be a warden, hell will be isolated away from everything in God's creation, scripture says no one will be able to reach it. My thinking on this is hell will be in a dimension that's not reachable by anyone, sort of locked away from all creation.
Satan cares nothing for mankind his hate for God is an overriding guide to what he does. Satan doesn't want what's best for others if he did he would not be trying to collect all the trophies he can, he would have admitted his wrong and left God's creation alone.

If he likes it there and it's not torture, then why does the bible make such a big deal about sending him there?
No, Satan is not in hell yet or should I say physically. He is working to gather up all he can to hurt God, he cares nothing about you, only how he can use you to hurt God.
First hell is not a place of torture, it is a place of punishment and where did you get the idea he would enjoy the punishment set for him by God. Punishment in hell will be of different levels and that's one reason I do not think hell is a literal place of fire and brimstone. Scripture doesn't make a big deal of Satan going to hell, it does make a big deal about humans going to hell, God does not desire anyone to spend an eternity separated from Him.

I do not know about the Harrowing of Hell, I will look into it but, I would say the reason it's not part of the all Christian belief is because it's not true, but like I said I need to find out.
