We'll never know.

edit: Ok, that came off a bit snarky. I have a lot of problems with the question as asked.
1. 'Extra terrestrial' covers a whopping great lot of ground. Are you talking about the methane-eating amoebae of Prophyllax-4, or about the hyper-intelligent Mammilio-Crustateans of the Rubbish Belt of Beteguese? Or something in the middle?
2. At what stage of development are your ETs? Do they get about in starships, or are they still sitting round the fire and wondering how it got there?
3. What is their history like? Have they had (like humanity) a series of disasters that would give rise to religious myths?
4. Do they have a social structure analagous to ours, with father/mother figures and the sort of social conflicts that might inculcate religious attitudes?
5. As apophenia asked, what do you mean by religion? Are you looking for something akin to traditional Western religions, or something more nebulous (like Buddhism), or did you have in mind a kind of folk religion, with magic spells and ancestor worship?
Kind of fun to speculate about, but - as I said - we'll never know.
