I have repeating phases of depression which come once a month or once every 2 months, those come together with nightmares, sudden outbursts of aggression and a tendency to completly isolate myself socialy. A few years ago I use to stop speaking to people and could go for days without talking to anyone.Other than that I sometimes have weirdish flashback experiences when I am in a situation which reminds me of a bad expirence I went through.
I'm no expert, but it sounds as if you're suffering from PTSD at the very least.
