So? I don't want to strawman you, but if you are inferring that teaching women how to avoid rape scenarios - or how to get out of one, is the same as blaming them for the rape, then you're wrong.

Maybe she wasn't raped. Getting caught having sex in the school bathroom would
never prompt the female who took part to claim rape. I'm assuming you didn't actually see what happened in that bathroom, though. Did you see it? If not, calling the guy a rapist is pretty crude.
