Constitutes an "insult"? And exactly who has "run away".
And instead worrying about us calling your sky daddy names, you could pony up with some evidence which would surely shut us up. I don't have any desire whatever to "insult" facts. But I have no compunction in the least to ridicule absurd claims.
Do I ever argue the existence of any god? Or do I debate what it actually written in the Bible?
This is what I meant when I said to address what's written, not what you imagine. Are you even capable of distiguishing what the "facts" are in this conversation?
I don't care if you are debating the words in a Harry Potter novel, fiction is still fiction.
And again, even BEFORE you get to the word "In" as in "In the beginning", even before you get to that, you ARE starting with the naked assertion that a super natural being exists.
So argue the bible or Harry Potter or Gone With the Wind for all I care. None of those works of fiction makes your god or any god real.
