No kidding. Ask his old teacher Geshe Kalsang Gyatso. His NKT group used to be Gelug-pa before the Dalai Lama(a Mongol puppet title) forced his hand. It was a political power move. There is much bad blood and in fighting behind the scenes. Western media and adherents only get the sugar coated variety.
