Science is open to anything that comes...
Thus far, no god has been glimpsed by any scientific experiment... "no god" is a working conclusion based on ALL scientific observation made so far.... and you may appreciate that there have been made quite a few and then some more.
Well then "science" must really be in a mess. It cannot account fro how anything got here without violating its on laws and principles.
Science, as it is today, doesn't claim to have all the answers. In fact, many are still to come. Some have been answered to varying degrees of certainty/accuracy. Some are under the process of scrutiny, some are in the drawing board... and some are yet to be arrived at.

Wait and let science do its work.
Don't assume you know the answer.

Thus far, "goddidit" has seen its position recede to an ever shrinking gap, hence the name usually applied to that line of reasoning "god of the gaps".
If, at any time, a god does show up to be scrutinized as the cause of any phenomenon, then science will incorporate it into its canon. Until then, all we can say is "no god has been found to operate on this planet, nor on this Universe".

The way I see it, you are the one who's close minded.
You propose the solution to everything while closing your mind to any and all criticism of such proposition.
You shun anything that science has determined through painstaking cross-validation, just because it contradicts your book of tales about a magical entity which you call god.
Your book was written by people far before science knew what it does now. How can you claim it to be valid?
