The problem with "an option" is that if someone declines to swear on a Babble, someone on the jury could then be prejudiced against that person for doing so. Do away with it altogether! Why should anyone be taking an oath in a secular courtroom while swearing on a religious text?
Science flies us to the moon and stars. Religion flies us into buildings.

God allowed 200,000 people to die in an earthquake. So what makes you think he cares about YOUR problems?
