If God exists, he would answer my prayer. **
If God don't exist, and I prayed, --no answer.
I got nothing to lose if I asked for guidance.
** 2:186 "When My servants ask you concerning Me, then verily I am nigh: I answer the prayer of every supplicant when he calls on Me; so hearken unto My call, and believe in Me, in order that they may be led aright."
Pineapple, next time try asking any Muslim if he/she thinks prophet Muhammad is special/higher rank than the other prophets. You will know by their answers... If they are tricked into being fools or..that they have read the Qur'an.
if they have read the Qur'an, they would soon or later tell you that they don't believe in stoning adulterers, sex with under aged and randomly killing disbelievers etc.
according to the Qur'an, Muslims are not supposed to idol worship prophet Muhammad.
2:285 messenger believes in what has been revealed to him from his Lord, and (so do) the believers; they all believe in Allah and His angels and His books and His messengers; We make no difference between any of His messengers; and they say: We hear and obey, our Lord! Thy forgiveness (do we crave), and to Thee is the eventual course.
