This assumes that Christians do indeed, "talk to God", as many claim. Some even claim to get answers. So exactly what's going on here?
Our minds are complex. We are able to think about conversations we've had in the past. We can sort of, "replay" dialogue in our mind. We can also imagine future conversations, what he might say, how I'll reply, and so on. It's very easy for us to have these "imaginary" conversations, and most people do this frequently. Fiction writers and "psychics" do this for a living.
From this universal ability of the human mind, it's very short leap to believe that some of the imaginary voices you create are valid, real conversations, perhaps from a deceased loved one, or perhaps even... from God. Then you have your full-blown schizophrenics, who not only hear voices, but see imaginary things as well, and are unable to distinguish reality from hallucination.
You tell me you have conversations with God, I'm going to ask you to do some serious critical thinking. If you still believe the voices in your head are something other than your imagination, I would then suggest you seek medical attention.

Give more than you take, and you will receive more than you need.
