Well I'm into fitness, In fact I can out run almost everyone in my street. I'm affriad there is no short cuts to a fit and healthy lifestyle. Eat plenty of healthy foods, like fruits, fish, veg (Yes I said veg!).
Also alot of exersise!
No short cut's I'm affriad. It's all hard work! I get my exersise from long distance walking, biking and my fav - Hang gliding which gives you a great deal of exersise.
Throw away the fags, drinks and fast foods and replace them with healthy foods and plenty of exersise. You hear it alot, That's because it's true. There is no short cut to a fit lifestyle.
I'm currently working on mucle build, So far good results but just like weight loss, it takes a great deal of work and time.
