Atheism is a denial of God. It's a lack of faith there is a God. Atheists have flat out told me God does not exist, they don't say. I'm waiting to see if he does. They ' know' He does not.

You're talking about Gnostic Atheism, which is a thing, but it's not the only thing: most of us here are Agnostic Atheists, which means exactly what I said it does.

God is One. If there has to be a God there can only be One God as the idea of a God is that He is the Greatest and above all. Meaning no mini gods like in hinduism and other various religions.

I gotta tell you, starting with a completely unjustified assertion (there can only be one god) isn't an amazing start. You then went on to quote some more of your holy book, and make more assertions. But I asked for evidence, where you seem to be working from the assumption that your belief is right and then poking holes in every other religion...

I want to know why your religion is true. Not what's wrong with everyone else, not what's in your scriptures, not the attributes of your religion. I want to know why it's true.
