The Quran is read without translation go fluently speak Arabic. Otherwise you have to read it with translation. There are translations that are translated by Islamic scholars who speak Arabic as well for example Tagalog, or Bengali, or Mandarin, or Farsi and most of all the worlds languages. It's people who are illiterate in any language get spoon fed by spoon led by fake scholars
