Look how illogical and absurd your question is. For me to answer your question you have to tell me what mental illness you're talking about. You're lumping mental illness ino "mental illnesses" and they have different symptoms. Schizophrenia is different from anti social disorder, which is different from bipolar disorder, different from miultiple personalities and many more. They have different symptoms. Second you have to know the symptoms for each to know what you're taking about and you also have to know what a person possessed by a jinn will be like. A jinn is a being with free will, they're all different from one another as are humans. Ask a logical question instead of attempting to group mental illnesses as though they're all the same in comparison to jinns who also act different.
Allah takes the logic and wisdom from those who stray off the true path and makes them look dumb and be dumb. If you became a knolwedge seeking Muslim you wouldn't be in this state if ignorance as you showed with a question like that.
