Jesus Never Existed vs The Holocaust

Couple of questions.

There appears to be no historical evidence for Jesus.

Is there as much evidence for that Jesus never existed as it is for that the holocaust never took place? Can you compare these these events anyway?

If I think that Jesus never existed. Is that on the same basis that a holocaust denier think that the holocaust never took place? Why or why not?

Is the historical evidence for the holocaust better than for the existense of Jesus?

The reason why I ask because some people accuse people that think that Jesus never existed to be holocaust deniers among other things.

I doubt that Jesus existed, but I think that the holocaust took place. Have I reasons to believe that?

You and everyone else has evidence that the Holocaust did in fact take place. You have the videos and pictures taken inside Auschwitz and other prisons. I have also been to presentations by Holocaust survivors who have told their stories.

There is no evidence, however, that Jesus Christ ever existed. I am thoroughly convinced that he is just a fictional character that the holy bible's ancient writers plagiarized from neighboring/preceding religions. If you look through the ancient records, you will see all the striking similarities with Jesus Christ and other dieties. They were all born of a virgin and signaled by a star in the east, performed miracles and were crucified. The cross (a torture symbol) was also used in Pagan religions. The only evidence we have of Jesus Christ's existence is the Holy Bible, which was written thirty years after he was allegedly murdered. More so, the Holy Bible was not written using any primary, field research. For all we know, the ancient writers made all of that up.

That's ridiculous to believe that Jesus never existed. Do you know any historical evidence or read any of the gospels? The bible wasn't always the bible and was collected by thousands of people all claiming the same thing about one person. Even Atheists and Scholars who are atheists believe that Jesus existed. Other religions claiming Jesus existed how do you think all of these cults started? If you really want to know a lot about the history Jesus and evidence I recommend a book (The Case for Christ) to get some knowledge about Jesus.

You are making the Appeal to the Majority Fallacy, in which you claim something must be true because people say it is true. Your fourth sentence makes the Appeal to Authority Fallacy, in which you use atheist scholars' credentials to exempt themselves from criticism.

Jesus Christ never existed. You're being dishonest with yourself if you think he did. How on earth could a baby be born in a barn out in the middle east, where the temperature is freezing cold? It's impossible. As I stated above, Jesus Christ is nothing more than a fictional character whom the ancient Christian writers plagiarized from neighboring/preceding religions. Even if he did exist, he definitely did not do what he did in the Holy Bible. Evolutionary scientists found a cure for leprosy, not Christ. The evidence for his resurrection is nowhere. All you have is the empty tomb, so maybe someone exhumed him. I also refuse to believe he turned water into wine and walked on water.

As for your book recommendation, I have a better one: Christ in Egypt by D.M. Murdock.
