We have thousands of recorded testimonies of eyewitnesses of people who were part of the Holocaust, whether victim or perpetrator.
By contrast, the extra-biblical "contemporary" sources (and I use this term very loosely, since they're all at least decades years after the crucifixion would have taken place) supporting the existence of Jesus can be put, in their entirety, on two sides of a single sheet of A4 paper.
That said, once you eliminate the supernatural elements of the Jesus story, is it really that implausible that a rabbi named Yeshua bar Yusuf could have dicked around Palestine around the time of Tiberius, saying many of the same things said in the Bible and maybe even getting executed?
