I tried eating low fat meals, they we're a fortune and never worked. I tried eating only fruit and veg, that turned my insides into mush and I was sick for a week.
I tried hiking but there are no areas around here to go and I have to go scotland which is over a 300 mile drive. Even more if I want to go to the highlands.
I tried walking around town for an hour or two. That made my feet feel like shit and I was plowing through shoes.
Push ups are my favorite. On the knuckles about 1.5 feet apart at the level of your shoulders.
But that messed up my shoulders. Same goes for weights and the gym.
I can't take things slow, I have to get it all done there and then. instead of starting small and working my way up I'd jump in the deep end and mess everything up.
