Progressiveness.
Acceptance.
Self-Sufficiency.
And most imposrtantly - Human Rights.

There - I gave you five.

None of those attributes are synonymous with individualism.

What has "human rights" done again?

Get rid of human rights & then we would have a oligarchical dictatorship... oh wait, that is exactly what Mao had!
