"Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth."
You have to choose, one word cannot mean 2 opposite things. If the moon reflects light, so does Allah! If Allah is the source of light (which makes sense) then the moon is a source of light too.
No matter how you put it it doesn't work xD
Verse says God is the light (noor) of the heavens and the earth. The word "noor" is translated as light but does not mean "source of light and heat " , language barrier . While the verse say Allah is the noor of heavens and earth , it does not mean Allah is the reflector of light , it means heavens and earth takes the noor properties from him . He's the noor of them .
In english you say "you enlighten(noor) me" , you're not "noor" , you're the source of "noor" , you're the thing which makes me "noor" .
Who cares. The Koran is not a science textbook and there is absolutely no evidence for any type of sky hero, not yours not any.
