Now, think a bit and tell me why would a god rely on such a crappy multi-meaning language to transmit its awesome message to mankind? Mankind who, even at the time, already possessed many many many different languages and dialects... Mankind who, even at the time, had already seen many many many deities.... Mankind who, even at the time, already possessed the knowledge of the library of Alexandria... Mankind who, even at the time, already had literary masterpieces...

Muslims believe The Qur'an is the last of final message of God sent for the entire humankind. It's the latest update, the one that works best, like on your iPod, update v. 1.07 better then v. 1.06 or 1.05 which may contain errors. So the purpose of the Qur'an was to clear all misconceptions and things that were wrong with the previous scriptures.

One of these things was the misconception that the Earth was created in 6 days. We know it was 13.8 Billion years but this figure is nowhere mentioned in the Qur'an, the Qur'an mentions: 6! Then Muslims argue, the word days can also mean PERIODS.

Well. Imagine you are God. You know all and you know the Earth was created in 13.8 Billion years...but these STUPID people on Earth, they think it was created in 6 days, so, to clear out their misconception, you go to them and say it was created in 6 periods!

What retard would do such a thing, knowing how misleading that could be. Is God retarded? Why not give the 13.8B figure? OR AT LEAST SOMETHING CLOSE TO IT! If Allah had said 14B and our measurements show 13.8 FINE, our instruments are not as accurate as Allah but when it's mentioned 6, SIX! SIX! SIX! The figure 6 forever trashes all credibility of the Qur'an in the light of science. It could have been 6 pandas for what I know the second the figure 6 was added in the book the book became worthless!
