^ The Qur'an states, incorrectly, that semen originates from a spot between the backbone and ribs. Today we know sperm comes from the testicles which is not between the spine and ribs but in the pelvic region.

Not to mention that the Qur'an thinks only sperm can give life, no mention of female.
