Time does not affect Allah. Allah created time. We have complete free will. He knows what we are going to do before it happens. The 'otherwise' is the action that we decide to take. We have multiple options and scenarios, he knows of every possibility that exists and also the one that we will take. It does not mean it is written as no bad action is attributed to the causing of Allah. Murder is not because Allah wrote that this individual was to kill another creation of Allah.
If he already knows what option I will take how can I take any other option? I can't. Therefore there is no such thing as free will.
