Without Jesus and the conversion of Rome to Christianity, Judaism would have died a long time ago. Unless of course you believe it was all destined by divine intervention ;-). Without Islam appropriating 80% of Judaism and basically making one large global universal Jewish-like tribe called the Umma, Judaism would be a small cult in the backwaters of Arabia and Persia.
