Or... how many times has he looked at the clock and NOT thought it significant because he wasn't looking at it right at 11:11? A clock is designed to look at to get the time, which I'm assuming most people including this pastor do all day long. It's just that the time 11:11 tends to stick out in people's minds, and not, say, 3:41. So every time he sees 11:11 he makes a mental note of it, and possibly his mind has trained him to look at the clock about that time every day because he's making such a big deal out of 11:11.
