I think it's kind of funny. When humans speak through code, it is because of constriction either by lack of a better medium such as Morse code on primitive telegraph systems, or of fear of unintended interception. The proposed god has none of these limitations. He could create a magically perfect communication system that transmits his desires completely and perfectly. He controls the universe so no one understands or can intercept his communications beyond his wishes.

So therefore god would not speak to his beloved children in code anymore than you talk to your children in code. You wish for your children to understand you perfectly and so would he.
