If you are correct then we should expect to see evil liberal Massachussets and Connecticut with the highest teen pregnancies and Good ole Tennesee, Arkansas and Alabama with their sweet god fearing maidens in the lowest.

Now which European countries have the highest and lowest rates? Intestingly it too correlates with sex education. Who do you think has the highest levels of both?
