in the old testament, god is... for some reason, some angry vengeful monster who is angry at his own creation.... uhh.. regardless of knowing it was already going to happen that way... but in the new testament he becomes this happy loving turn the other cheek god and thats what most modern churches follow the new testament and cherry pick the old testament for the good things god did and ignore the bad and put fourth some excuse of, "oh, god was training them" or some dumb excuse.
not to mention god killing himself to himself to cover up his mistakes to make it seem like its humanitys fault for what they are born with (sin) that way he could send people to hell if they dont follow him, turning his religion into a fear based system... its a loophole
