Poe's Law states that there is nothing you can say to parody a fundamentalist that some fundamentalist wouldn't actually say. Atheists who pretend to be fundamentalists in order to make fundamentalists look foolish are hard to distinguish from real fundamentalists, and are referred to as 'Poes'. It's not a practice of which I approve, but it happens.
I was raised in the Pentecostal church, we spoke in tongues, and learned church doctrine about original sin, the fall of man, the rapture, the tribulation, and so forth.
Then I read the Bible cover-to-cover, twice, and couldn't be a Pentecostal anymore.
