I'm pretty kinky but this is a ridiculous idea.
There are no rights being taken away from people who are into BDSM.
They can get married, have an education, have whatever job you want.
In my own experience of going out with women the majority are kinky in someway and you're more likely to face discrimination from them if you aren't kinky you will just be considered boring.
