So many problems with this sentence, I don't know where to begin...
First of all, the entire sentence is one big argument from ignorance fallacy.
Second, 'accidentally' does not describe the process. The process is 'natural selection'. Please notice the word 'selection'.
Third, how about all the ugliness 'out there'? Does that prove the process wasn't guided?
Forth, not all creatures see beauty in the same things. You're looking at the world (at least the parts you think are beautiful) through the eyes of an organism that has evolved to perceive those things as beautiful.
You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.
