have you tried getting her to do something other than cycling? I like going to the Y and working out there, thenhitting the showers and finishing my workout in the lap pool. Honestly I wouldn't want to go all out ninja workout with my boyfriend unless I was super comfortable with him seeing me all red faced hot and sweaty. Most my friends just like to workout together and let their men enjoy the final cut. But that doesn't mean you can't do things with her that she'd enjoy. Off the top of my head (I'm not lazy I'm chronically ill) there's things I feel comfortable doing like going and walking around the mall, taking a nature hike starting with a small loop and working up to the bigger ones, going to a fair or hitting up festivals, playing laser tag (I have kids to do this all with but a bf/gf could have fun too!), etc. See if she knows how to Rollerblade? Maybe she just hates cycling. Or maybe when you did take her, she felt trapped into a huge cycling ordeal. See if she'll take a loop she knows to be short and sweet?
