There's certain programs out there, but it's like taking a test you got an F on and then getting a D. Both parties claim they love the vets through words, but not through actions.
Well, if they actually were part of a profitable war, I think that they should be entitled to the spoils. Chingiss Khan, may the heavens bless his name, paid his warriors no salary, but he gave them a considerable amount of the loot as compensation for their efforts.
