Yes Vegamo, you should learn to grow up and act honorably. By failing to legitimise her father's racist tendencies, you have shown that you have less integrity than him, and lack honour. Obviously the qualities she sees in her father are better than the qualities she sees in you, so like Dirch says, grow up and act honourably racist.
I suggest going straight to the bloke and telling him that you respect his infantile racist attitudes, which have no (racially specific in this case) grounding in his book of bedtime stories. Remind him that his gormless marriage of religious orthodoxy and right-wing racist attitudes help make him a unique and respectable member of the community at large, completely unlike any other right-wing religious bigot roaming the land of the free at this moment.
Drich is completely right, he hopes people get aids and cancer, and thinks that opposition to slavery is purely the result of 'political correctness', and who can argue with honourable virtues such as those? Drich would never show bias towards a man of faith, regardless of how repugnant his opinions on ethnicity are, so make sure lessons are learnt please.
