Not sure what your point is....probably because you rarely have one. If it is to say that the French had to endure multiple revolutions/civil wars/coups and government collapses in order to attain a stable government then you're correct.
They didn't throw the Brits out, install a bunch of American aristocrats in power and pretend we had achieved perfection as far too many morons who drone on and on about the 'founding fathers' are prone to do.
I agree with Rahul. The causes of the ACW are extremely complex.
