You haven't been made to fear frost demons in your waking and sleeping consciousness. Frost god is not prevalent in every part of your brain as being a see'er of all things, a knower of your thoughts and intentions, an arbiter of eternal judgement on your life, actions, and thoughts. The tendrils of the frost god have not overtaken your entire body and mind.
If he had, and you realized frost god was just a figment of someone's imagination, but you were still afraid of frost god: you'd want to prove to yourself that frost god doesn't exist. You'd flip him off and see if he made you into an ice sculpture. You'd tell the frost demons to do everything you'd been made afraid they would do, and wait and see if it was true. When nothing happened, you'd get angry. You'd want to irreparably break ties with frost god in your heart and using his own ridiculous notion of an unforgivable sin-- would just about do it.
Any questions?
The problem for you seems to be to overcome your indoctrination and separate that from reality. Not to judge others by the cruel fantasy that you've been fed. I think it's a step in the right direction you naming it. Frosty god is evil.
