Well now, that is a different matter altogether now is it not?
About what exactly? Your god that you need us so badly to believe, as you do? I am happy not believing stories, if you do believe, feel free to do so, just don't pretend to know something actually worth knowing.
Presumption of knowing is worse than being the naive believer.
I am glad I do not need you to believe in God. If I did, I would be in a despairing situation!!!!
What I would like for you to at least begin to start understanding is that the actions of the followers of Christ throughout the centuries act as guideposts or roadmarkers if you will that point to the indisputable fact that more good has been done by said followers than any of the adherents to any other worldview.
In a sense, the proof is in the pudding. Many of you bemoan the lack of evidence all the while it is staring you right in your face. SHOW ME THE EVIDENCE! comes the cry from the raucous crowd of atheists. SHOW US PROOF.....
And all the while they are screaming this from the comfort and safety afforded to them by societies built on the very principles of the Christian worldview which make their freedom of speech even possible.
I dare you all to go and live in an communistic country or an Islamic country where ideas such as freedom of speech and personal liberty take a back seat to the dictatorial and religious fundamentalist whims of those in power.
I dare an atheist to go to Saudi Arabia and speak publicly against the religion of the masses the same way they do here in America. The very least you will find is that not all religions are created equal. I dare an atheist to go to North Korea and try to speak publicly the way they do here in this country where the very freedom to speak publicly is afforded to you by Judeo-Christian ideals such as life liberty and the pursuit of happiness which this country was founded on.
The atheist cannot repudiate the Judeo-Christian worldview in these Christianized societies without biting the hand that feeds them!
