I say "bless you." It's a custom, like covering my mouth when I yawn. I'm not doing it because I'm afraid a demon will enter through my mouth, after all.
The irony is that JWs don't say "bless you" when someone sneezes because they see it as a superstitious act. So when I was a believer in god I never said it, and now that I'm an atheist I do.
